Policy on Preventing Harassment of Job Applicants and Other Candidates

SmartHR’s mission is: “Well-Working, Well-Being: Solving societal issues surrounding work and creating a society where everyone can choose how they contribute.”

SmartHR does not tolerate harassment of any job applicant or other candidate, including those who participate in interviews, recruitment events, internships, or similar activities. We are committed to fair and transparent recruitment practices that enable everyone to participate in selection processes and dialogue with confidence and peace of mind.
